National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund www.facebook.com/nleomf The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund was established in 1984 to honor, commemorate and record the service and sacrifice of America's law enforcement officers. Under the direction of Congress, the NLEOMF raised money for and built the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Judiciary Square, Washington, DC. President George H. W. Bush officially dedicated the Memorial on Oct 15, 1991, and declared that day National Law Enforcement Memorial Dedication Day.
